Both providing your phone number and last name are optional. We do this so that it is an easy method for customers to contact us. If you cancel your services from us all your data we store will be deleted upon cancellation. If you enquire and do not become a customer we completely remove your personal data within three months of initial contact.

Our site hosted on an encrypted and secure server. We also run regular maintenance on our sites and computer systems to ensure that there have been no hacking attempts.
We run weekly backups of our server and site to ensure nothing is ever lost.
Any data sent from our website to us is sent via our encrypted server, so is secure and at no point leaves this server until it is deleted, ensuring your personal data is secure and only in one place so cannot be lost or shared.
